Our team has over 20 years of combined experience, resulting in an intimate knowledge of the property market and a vast database and areas of opportunity. What sets us apart is that we don’t view you as a transaction. We see you and your goals and work towards these.

Vin
Vin is a licensed real estate agent with a background in building services engineering, project management and asset planning. Having worked for multiple private consultancies and local/state government agencies he brings varied experience in running the business and working across teams to help clients find and acquire the very best property in this highly competitive marketplace.
It is Vin’s immense passion, drive and enthusiasm that ensures all clients enjoy the highest level of attention and care, delivered with the utmost honesty and professionalism.
With extensive experience and a comprehensive understanding of the property market, he is well placed to advise our clients on their wealth creation journey through property investments. Away from work, Vin is a keen fitness enthusiast and especially passionate about running, functional training and bushwalking.

Gajen
Gajen is an experienced property investor and a Chartered accountant with a degree in accounting from Macquarie university. He has more than a decade long corporate experience at PwC and Michael Page.
At the age of 21 he started investing in property and soon realised that his talents lay in real estate and building property portfolios. He has a strong focus on improving capital growth through renovations and developments.
Gajen's deep intuition enables him to fully understand every client's needs, allowing him to deliver results in a professional and positive way. His powerful negotiation skills has enabled clients to regularly make considerable savings on property purchases. Gajen has a passion for character homes, heritage architecture and loves to get lost in the Blue Mountains.
